CCA's commitment to getting kids outside means bringing thousands of students out into the NCAs annually. We provide educators with the tools and resources needed to extend the classroom environment out into these learning landscapes by offering diverse and meaningful standards-based outdoor education programs to students in Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties.

From hikes and lectures to stories captured on film, CCA's interpretive programs focus on the scientific significance and cultural heritage of the NCAs. Whether exploring by foot, hoof, bike, or ATV, we provide community members with the resources they need to connect more meaningfully with the landscape and with each other while exploring the NCAs.
