CCA works with over thirty K-12 schools to introduce 1900 students to all 3 NCAs through our field trip programs while meeting state curriculum standards. This year we'll have three opportunities to provide field-based educational programs to elementary and middle school kids in Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties.

At least 600 individuals turn out for our 6-part lecture series with a focus on the scientific significance and cultural heritage in the NCAs.  Past topics include the history of Escalante Canyon, the paleontology of all three NCA, and the cultural history of the Gunnison Gorge NCA.

Help us encourage the next generation to become stewards for our public land!
