With a vote in Congress coming next week, now is the time to support the Land & Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). This program is often called the most important and universally supported conservation effort in the country and has been an important tool for public access in our NCA’s for many years!

The BLM Grand Junction and Uncompahgre Field Offices, in conjunction with Colorado State University, have recently published research on the work being done to monitor the health of our local plant ecosystems and how to restore them after devastating impacts such as fires and invasive species.
