Catalpa Camp Needs Your Support!
We need your help to reach our goal! Learn more and donate below.
What is Catalpa camp and why does it need improvements?
Catalpa Camp is CCA’s private inholding along the Colorado River, nestled in McInnis Canyons NCA. Every year, hundreds of participants visit Catalpa Camp during their trip through Ruby-Horsethief Canyon. Students and adults stop and camp at Catalpa as they learn about the ecology and watershed of Ruby-Horsethief. To make sure it is comfortable and accessible for all of our participants, improvements are needed, such as new shade structures and overall maintenance.
Visiting Catalpa is such a special opportunity for our participants and your donations will ensure the best possible experience!
Your donation will be matched!
The Redlands Rotary Foundation has generously provided a matching fund of $10,000 to support the continued development and maintenance of Catalpa Camp. Catalpa is CCA’s private in-holding located in McInnis Canyons NCA along the Ruby-Horsethief section of the Colorado River. Catalpa is an important part of CCA’s River and Education programs.
The goal is to raise $20,000 for improvements at Catalpa Camp. This is a great chance to double your gift and help CCA reach our goal!
