After nine years of service to our community and public lands, our founding Executive Director, Joe Neuhof, recently announced he will be leaving CCA this fall to take a new job leading a foundation in Grand Junction. As we reminisce on all he gave to CCA over the years and wrap up his time with the organization, we also turn our attention to celebrating his accomplishments and legacy.
Join CCA board and staff for a going away happy hour at Carlson Vineyards Downtown Tasting Room on Weds. Sept. 18th from 4:30-7pm to toast (and roast) Joe!
It’s with a healthy mix of sadness and excitement to share that I have accepted a new position and will be leaving CCA this fall (last day September 20th). Most of you have been on this journey with me for many years and I’m incredibly thankful for the work we’ve done together. CCA went from a concept/idea to bringing over 16,000 students outdoors in just the last 9 years while rising to become one of the most successful BLM partner groups in the country. I hope you feel as much pride as I do for our organization!!
